The school was established on 2nd July 1979 with few students in Haveli in Wagad Region. It is the result of Mr. Pradeep Kothari and Mrs. Lata Kothari to provide education to the backward Tribal Region. New Look Group of Institutions’ is a Co-Educational English medium school affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. It has five branches in different parts of Rajasthan (Banswara, Sagwara, Kothari Haveli, Partapur) and Halol in Gujarat with around 6000 students.
